GREEN LEEK & SAN-J WAKAME SOUP
INGREDIENTS
6 cups water
4 packages San-J Wakame Soup
1 cup leeks, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
6 ounces button mushrooms, sliced in half
½ cup celery, thinly sliced
½ cup frozen baby peas
3 Tablespoons dry sherry
2 Tablespoons San-J Tamari

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, bring the water to a boil. Add the packages of the San-J Wakame Soup to the boiling water. Stir to dissolve and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the leeks, carrots, mushrooms and the celery. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the baby peas, the sherry and the San-J Tamari. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes and serve immediately.
