GLAZED CHICKEN BREASTS
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup San-J Thai Peanut Sauce, divided

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag with ¾ cup of the San-J Thai Peanut Sauce. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the San-J Thai Peanut Sauce and brush off any excess marinade. Discard the marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and grill for 6 minutes. Turn and grill for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through completely and the juices run clear. As the chicken grills, use ¼ cup San-J Thai Peanut Sauce as a basting sauce, liberally brushing the sauce occasionally over the chicken.
