CILANTRO & MINT CABBAGE COLESLAW

INGREDIENTS

2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
½ cup green onions, finely sliced
2 red bell peppers, seeded and finely sliced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
¼ cup fresh mint, finely chopped
½ cup San-J Tamari Peanut Salad Dressing
3 Tablespoons roasted peanuts, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium serving bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions, bell peppers, cilantro and mint. Toss thoroughly with San-J Tamari Peanut Salad Dressing. Chill for several hours and garnish with the roasted peanuts.
