THE TESTING CREW
Recipe contest entries were tested and evaluated by a team of chefs and students assembled by Chef Daineal Donovan at the Columbus Culinary Institute in Columbus, Ohio. The chefs include Chef Marc Dulin, Chef Michele Willoughby, Chef Maureen Lisi and Chef Daineal Donovan. The students include Robert Rodriguez, Robb Steffens, Jimmie Harris, Thaxton Burrs, Matt Thomas, Jr., Reese Flowers and Adam Lee Robinson.
